Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled through the Stripe customer portal. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period.
Refund requests
The operator has not yet finalized a blanket refund window. Billing errors, duplicate charges or service failures should be reported promptly to LEGAL_EMAIL and will be reviewed fairly in light of usage, applicable law and the circumstances.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this template limits non-waivable consumer or business rights. The operator must configure the final policy, cooling-off treatment and service commencement language before launch.
