These terms are between the user and LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME. The final effective date, company details and governing law must be completed before launch.
Diagnostic service
ShopMender provides automated observations about publicly accessible ecommerce pages. Results may contain false positives and false negatives. Findings, severity and the Revenue Leak Score do not guarantee higher revenue and do not represent a guaranteed amount of lost sales.
Authorized use
You may submit only websites you are legally entitled to test. You must not use ShopMender to target private systems, circumvent access controls, disrupt services or violate third-party rights. You accept that robots rules, rate limits, WAFs and other access restrictions can limit results.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew through Stripe at the displayed interval until canceled. Current price, billing period, taxes if applicable and cancellation timing are shown in checkout and the Stripe customer portal.
Affiliate program
Approved affiliates receive the commission rate and attribution period displayed in their dashboard. Unless individually changed, this is 40% of eligible paid subscription invoices for 12 months after attribution. Commissions are subject to a 30-day validation hold and manual payout. Self-referrals, spam, false product or earnings claims, cookie manipulation and paid-brand bidding without written permission are prohibited. Commissions linked to refunds, chargebacks, fraud or abuse may be voided, and affiliate access may be suspended. Affiliates are responsible for required advertising disclosures and their own taxes.
Acceptable limits
Page quotas and monitoring frequencies depend on plan and may use representative sampling. ShopMender may limit or suspend abusive scanning while preserving legitimate use where reasonable.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a guarantee that every storefront problem will be found or that every finding requires action. Liability limitations, warranties and governing jurisdiction must be reviewed and completed by qualified counsel for the operator.
